NEXT TREK…

Location: Kun Satan National Park. – Phrae/Nan border mountains towards Laos.
Dates: Sat 7th - Sun 8th June 2008.
Duration: 1 day 1 night.
Level: Easy to Medium.
Sleeping: Camp under the magic stars – toilet & showers. (Option: Bungalow Bed - Bt100)
BBQ: Souvlakia Kebab, Greek hamburger, Egyptian salad, Thai BBQ surprise, grilled potato.
 
HIGHLIGHTS…
BBQ Party 1,700m up – Star gazing – “Little Switzerland” mountain views – 20m jungle waterfall – pristine swimming – short jungle mountain trek - 4WD jungle off-road - Hmong hilltribe village – Sculptural 30m waterfall. 
 
PROGRAM:
Day 1:
15.15:   Pick up in Phrae, at Wat Sa Bor Kaew,
………..very interesting Burmese temple on Nam Kue Rd…..
………..Drive towards Nan, then up into the mountains.
17.00:   Visit Hmong hill-tribe village
18.00:   Kun Satan National Park 1,700m (no fees)
19.00:   Mountain – top BBQ… camp-fire… Starry Starry Night (if clear)…
Day 2:
07.00:   Breakfast. Enjoy magnificent view all around.
08.00:   Off-road 4WD, then jungle trek 1 hour.
10.00:   Swim or relax at 20m wild waterfall-in-love.
12.00:   Drive down the mountain 1 hour to Huay Rong waterfall-in-love.
13.00:   BBQ Chicken, sticky rice, papaya salad, drinks available.
………..Climb the lovely waterfalls – Or relax under beautiful trees.
………..Option: swim in pool & shower in series of mini-waterfalls.
16.00: Get back to Phrae. 

INCLUDES…
Hmong guides – English translation – Transport & 4WD – Dinner, breakfast & water -Tent accommodation.
