The pitch black restaurant idea is a bit weird.
What about a traditional Indian theme. Not only do you have a delicious menu of Indian favourites, but the food is served on a banana leaf and you eat it with your fingers.
I think it would be nice having a fish restaurant with a big pond and you had to catch your fish before you eat it.
